Ramen collection 2- Miyamoto Ramen

Miyamoto Ramen is located at Ramen Champion (Great world city). This outlet operates differently from its outlet in Changi Terminal 3 and Bugis where it is no longer self service and ice water is serviced. Service charge applies for this outlet. Miyamoto is Jiro kei styled, where vegetables, beansprouts are topped and noodles are thicker. Charsiu are grilled but soft probably because of the choice of meat where they use pork belly.

Ramen Collection 1- Bario Ramen

This post is quite outdated now since Bario is no longer in Ramen Champion. This is one of my favorite among the contestants in Ramen champion. Bario is based on Jiro kei and it is topped with lots of vegetable and garlic. The soup is rich and goes well with the vegetable. After meal, your mouth will probably smell like garlic.
